The staff was excellent. Sharon at the front desk, helped us find the property and stayed on the phone with us until we had a clear idea of where to go

Our 2nd time here......we liked everything, the girl at the front desk was awesome, she upgraded our room for a small charge plus got a parking garage pass.....our room was very nice with a kitchen, queen bed and couch, tv, fireplace and large bathroom and they serve a great breakfast and the bar/lobby area is a great place to hang out.

Convenient, spacey, everything is working fine in the apartments. Easy access to lifts. Good rental gear.

Great staff, we felt welcomed, readily answered ours questions. We were celebrating our recent wedding anniversary and we were provided a goody bag with NH goodies.

Accommodations were excellent. We stayed in a two Queen bed room. We were there off-season for a little quiet time so ski and summer activities were closed. Still , the sauna, hot tubs, and dining facilities were top notch.

The scenery from our windows were beautiful. I forgot my keycard inside our room and needed to get something from the refrigerator. Penelope from housekeeping was awesome. She came back to the room with me and opened it. Thank you Penelope.

We loved the mountain resort with several hot tubs and pool. the grounds were beautifully landscape with flowers everywhere in the courtyard.
